Terms and Conditions After purchasing images from this website or following a commissioned request, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. STUART MCALISTER (to be known as the photographer or the author) may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. The terms "You" and "User" as used herein refer to all individuals or entities accessing this website for any reason.

Use of Content
You must credit STUART MCALISTER as the author as specified each time an Image is used. If you fail to credit the Image an additional 50% of the original fee will be payable. Reproduction rights, unless otherwise agreed, are subject to these terms and conditions, which are non-exclusive reproduction rights for single use only. A single use is a reproduction in one size for one edition of a single publication, published in one language only, personal to you and not assignable by you to any third party.

Images must not be altered or manipulated, added to, or have any part deleted without the photographers express permission.

All images and information provided on this web site are the property and/or copyright of STUART MCALISTER. The moral rights of STUART MCALISTER on this site have been asserted.

You must satisfy yourself that all necessary rights, model releases or consents that may be required for reproduction are obtained and that the use of any image is not indecent, libelous, obscene or unlawful. STUART MCALISTER makes no warranty or claim with regard to your use of content, names, text, people, trademarks or copyright material depicted in any Image and you will indemnify STUART MCALISTER in respect of any claims, damages, costs or expenses we incur arising from the use of any Image supplied to you.

Payment
Invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of issue.
If you do not pay in accordance with these terms then we may rescind this Agreement and recover damages, or charge interest at the rate prescribed by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998 from the date payment was due until payment is made. You agree to provide STUART MCALISTER on publication at least one complimentary copy of any publication in which the reproduction of STUART MCALISTER's image appears.

Liability
This website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. STUART MCALISTER makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of this website or its content. The use of this website and its content is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
